Terms & Condition

  • All rooms/cabins/flats in the house/society/corporate, as the case may be, should be made ready for servicing as soon as the SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL Technician arrives. Customer agrees to ensure the cooperation of the residents/employees/members of the society/corporate/residence, as applicable, in order for SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL Authorized Service Technician to perform treatment.. Failure to do so will be viewed as a service performed, with no refund credited to his account.

  • Children, pets, senior citizens, asthmatics, and individuals with allergies should not be permitted during service or until the treated premises have been thoroughly cleaned.

  • All services will be conducted during SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL’S  regular hours. Extra costs will be imposed for services done during holidays.

  • Services must be performed in the locations specified in the contract. A new contract must be signed and additional fees must be paid in the event of a change of address in order for the service to be provided.

  • In order to prevent any allegations of any kind, the customer agrees to have a representative or person present at all times during the course of the treatment. This person or representative will be considered the signing authority for any service contract forms signed while the treatment is being performed.

  • If instructions are not followed or treated portions are cleaned, painted, or removed, the company will not be held liable for any service failures.

  • If the “Pest” against which the service is offered reappears in the contracted premises at any time within the contract period, subject to compliance with the requirements and directions thereto, the firm will provide the necessary service at no additional cost.

  • The Company shall not be responsible for any damages, death, injuries, or consequential damage of any kind to any person or property resulting from the use of the service.

  • Company shall not be held accountable for any harm that may be done to the building’s exterior or interior structures, rooms, walls, cabins, or apartments, as the case may be, while the company is carrying out its duty to deliver the requested service.

  • Our pest control services do not cover pests such as bats, birds, dogs, cats, monkeys, squirrels, or scorpions.

  • All payments for contract charges must be made in advance to “SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL LLP” by Cash, UPI, NEFT, Netbanking or Cheque . A signed copy of the contract must be sent with the payment, which must be released prior to the start of the contract period.

  • GST will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing. Both parties agree to be bound by any changes to the tax structure implemented by the Government of India.

  • Any previous oral or written agreements, commitments, or arrangements between the parties on the subject matter have been voided by this contract.

  • This agreement cannot be transferred or terminated before its expiration date.

  • Customers are asked to provide the designated Call Center their name, address, and phone number in the case of a complaint. In order for the SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL Technician to verify and perform services, a copy of the contract and receipt must be kept and provided.

  • Any materials or equipment provided by Space Care Pest Control for pest control services remains the exclusive property of Space Care Pest Control, and the customer has no ownership rights.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The customer is responsible for granting access to the property for service.
  • The customer has to maintain the property in a way that does not result in pest infestation.
  • The Customer must comply with any post-treatment instructions provided by the Company.

TERMITE TREATMENT

  • The process requires drilling above the wall’s skirting or at the intersection of the wall and floor, depending on what the customer and the SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL agent decide upon when placing the order.
  • Customers are asked to move all moveable furniture two feet away from the wall and empty all fixed wooden wardrobes, cabinets, wall units, and other fixed wooden furniture before the treatment begins. Technicians for SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL have been instructed to handle customer’s property only with permission from the customer.

  • Customers are requested to tell the SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL Technician where the plumbing pipes, phone lines, and hidden electrical wiring/conduits are located. This will assist the company in avoiding any harm during drilling operations. If the company does not have the information mentioned above, it disclaims all liability for any property damage.
  • Customers are asked to arrange for an electrician, carpenter, or labor if any structures need to be removed or replaced.
  • Customers shall arrange electricity for drilling, water for mixing chemicals in an adequate amount, and a ladder and stool for treating infestations at higher places.
  • Customers are asked to grant access to the loft and false ceiling as needed for maintenance and inspection.
  • Customers are requested to tolerate the noise produced by drilling equipment and the smell of insecticides. Please do not permit clients’ patients, pets, kids, or elderly residents to stay in the residence throughout the course of treatment. After the area has been thoroughly cleaned with a dry towel and sufficiently ventilated, they might be permitted entry.
  • The entire apartment, flat, building, or place must be treated for the ideal effects from the treatment. If a portion of the area becomes inaccessible for treatment, the termite may reappear.
  • Please be aware that depending on the extent of the current infestation, consumers may occasionally encounter live termites right away after the treatment. Over time, interaction with chemicals causes the infestation to decrease.
  • Scheduled treatments follow a time frame that is mutually agreed upon. If the premises are not made available for the treatment at the scheduled time and date, the Company shall not be liable.

COCKROACH TREATMENT

  • Gel spots should not be cleaned up or removed from the application site.
  • The customer must empty the keychain in the case of a high infestation, according to the technician’s instructions.
  • Spray chemical treatment may be carried out along the wall floor and corners
  • wherever necessary.
  • Avoid using chemicals or pesticides since the GEL may deter cockroaches in the area where it is applied.
  • For optimal results, the customer must maintain the kitchen tidy.
  • WOOD BORER TREATMENT
  • The area will be inspected by SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL technicians. Customers are requested to point out the furnishings or surface areas that are infested.
  • It is recommended that customers remove items from the area of the impacted woodwork and treat the damaged closet or cabinet.
  • Customers are advised not to remove the powder from the damaged woodwork as this will help in the identification of the affected area and the application of the required treatment by our Technicians.
  • Chemical injections are used to cure infected woodwork, and spot spraying is done for regions that are not easily accessible.
  • After at least three hours of thorough cleaning and aeration, use the treated area.
  • BEDBUG TREATMENT
  • When an order is being booked, our technician pre-inspects the customer’s premises. For a complete treatment, the client is still asked to show our technician the affected area of the infested furniture.
  • Customers are asked to move all moveable furniture two feet away from the wall and empty all fixed wooden wardrobes, cabinets, wall units, and other fixed wooden furniture before the treatment begins. Technicians for SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL have been instructed to handle customer’s property only with permission from the customer.

  • After thorough cleaning and aeration, use the treated area.
  • Wash all of the blankets, bedsheets, pillow covers, and other linens in hot water.
  • NOTE: “SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL LLP will not, under any circumstances, be or become liable to the clients for any damage that they may incur as a result of a pest infestation on the contracted property. The only responsibility of SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL LLP shall be restricted to treating the aforementioned premises again to keep the pests under control for which the client has executed a contract with SPACE CARE PEST CONTROL LLP.”
  • In the event that the customer does not provide a signature indicating acceptance or rejection of the contract copy, it shall be construed that the customer has accepted the terms and conditions outlined therein.
  • POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS
  • 1. Once verified, our technician cannot cancel the service because they begin processing it as soon as they receive it from us. A service can, however, be rescheduled on a different day within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
  • 2. If a different service is preferred within 24 hours of the original reservation, the difference in price must be paid.
  • REFUND GUIDELINES
  • 1. Once the service is rendered, the customer is not eligible for a partial or whole refund. Customers can get in touch with Space Care Pest Control to get a complete refund if there are any problems that crop up prior to service delivery.
  • 2. Space Care Pest Control LLP will forfeit the advance payment if the full contract amount is paid and no services are used until the contract’s expiration.
  • 3. It will be assumed that the client has accepted the terms and conditions stated in the contract copy if they do not sign it to indicate their approval or rejection of it.
